Harmless destruction of Ammonia involved in waste water is easily performed. Stripping tower, ReNOx and STCP combined system make it possible with low cost, low CO2 emission.
In case of destruction of Ammonia at high concentration, ReNOx is able to run without any outer energy supply. Sophisticated control and dissociation energy recovery of ReNOx guarantee stable operation of the system at from 1.2% up to 1.8% of Ammonia concentration.
Extraordinally low energy cost is obtained through Vapor Recovery and Operation under High Concentration of Ammonia of ReNOx.
1) Ammonia water, stored in tank, is supplied to stripping tower.
2) Supply steam to stripping tower.
3) As steam exhausted from tower, reboiler evaporation tank in vacuum state
starts to supply steam to tower.
4) Steam supply is stopped or decreased after operation of steam compressor.
5) Highly concentrated Ammonia separated from stripping tower is destructed at ReNOx to get harmless Nitrogen and water in low fuel cost.
